Paving the Way to the ‘Big Screen’

It seems that every time a successful GTA game is released, gossip pages start whispering hints and writing articles to their writers about a possible Grand Theft Auto movie. I’m sure you can find news on our older sites GTA3.com and GTAVice.com about the same thing, and it seems Variety Magazine has decided it’s time to write another article about bringing video

Minor Updates & New Chat Server

With the holiday season having just passed and people still recovering from the parties, it’s a rather slow time for GTA news. There are of course the continuing allegations of San Andreas encouraging violence, but I think we’ve all seen enough of those and there’s no need to post every single one of them. In other news, our chat network has expanded

Headin’ out to paint the town.

Grand Theft Auto (and ultimately Rockstar) once again takes the heat for inspiring young delinquents to perform acts of vandalism, violence, and other criminal mischief. In Vice City, protests arose over the Rampage sub-mission that instructed you to “Kill the Haitians”. Grand Theft Auto 4

San Andreas has only been on the shelves for a few months, but Rockstar aren’t wasting any time and it seems they’re already planning the next title in the series. The domains GrandTheftAuto4.com and GTA4.com have been registered by Sam Houser, president of Rockstar Games. So the title of the game is definitely Grand Theft Auto 4, and the release will likely be October

GTA2, Free Download!

Holy crap! I’ve just learned that Rockstar has put GTA2 up for free download as part of their “Rockstar Classics” series. So for all of you who never played anything before GTA3, it’s highly recommended you go download this now! While most gaming sites like to ramble on and on about how GTA3 revolutionized the series, there’s tons of great
