This idiot illspirit apparently can’t read. The lawsuit will be on behalf of the “surviving” family members. That means the victims are dead. Duh. Yet he says the victims are still alive. Of course, what do you expect from a crazed gamer?

Thanks for the clarification Mr. T, but last I checked, the victim is still alive and in stable condition. Apparently can I not only read, but I can also use Google and cite sources. Imagine that.
