Snap “Saturday”: Welcome to Ludendorff

Welcome to Snap Saturday, GTANet’s ode to the virtual photography community who continue to capture some amazingly creative shots across GTA and Red Dead.

In 2004, Ludendorff appeared on the news due to being centrepiece to a local bank robbery. Michael Townley, one of the robbers, was presumably shot dead in that incident, and most of his fellow robbers escaped, believing that their friend was killed.
Nine years later, Ludendorff and its cemetery became a place of dispute between two old friends… a witness protection-covered Michael (now known as Michael de Santa) and Trevor Philips, who discovers that Michael faked his death.

But that’s not the only thing that this seemingly normal cemetery in North Yankton has been the stage to. Recently, conspiracy theorists and “paranormal agents” on WhatTheyDoNotWantYouToKnow started hearing about some strange occurrences in this American Midwest town, leading to a huge procession of enthusiasts and investigators to visit the cemetery.

Welcome to the Ludendorff Cemetery Survival, where the Los Santos Halloween becomes child’s play, and instead zombies, mages, possessed animals and visions of the past become your problem to hunt down, in 10 to “infinite” waves of increasing madness!
Last week, Rockstar challenged everyone to kill 80 million zombies, a challenge that was absolutely obliterated in less than 3 full days – and now, as I write this, it’s up to 400M zombies, with 400M remaining in the new challenge.

What this means is, your lenses have never been as active for a brand-new Halloween event, Snapmatics of all kinds have rained down on social media, and as such, many will be featured here in this extravaganza-sized Snap “Saturday”.
Keep your heads on, check if your brains are still there, and enjoy! 🧟🧟‍♂️🧟‍♀️

Look forward to further Halloween highlights in upcoming Snap Saturdays!
