Welcome to Snap Saturday, GTANet’s ode to the virtual photography community who continue to capture some amazingly creative shots across GTA and Red Dead.
The month of March is Women’s History Month, with yesterday having been Women’s International Day, and the celebration doesn’t just limit itself to real-life. Over a century ago, women were already fighting for equity, rights and respect, a fight that to this day is still as relevant as ever, especially with recent increasing worldwide regressions in this respect.
Red Dead Redemption 2, set in 1899, highlighted one of the aforementioned fights – the fight for women’s suffrage, something that did not happen until later in the 1900’s in a lot of states of the US.
This week, we highlight a lot of the women of Red Dead Redemption 2 – those in the Van der Linde gang, and even some of your Red Dead Online characters who go on to cement women’s place as gunslingers in the Wild West.
Enjoy!
