Recently, GameIndustry.biz posted an article claiming that Mike Deluca, of Dreamworks, had picked up the rights to create a movie based on the Grand Theft Auto series.
Rockstar then quickly responded with a definite denial of such rumors.
“The rumor is completely false,” Rockstar business development director Sean Macaluso told gi.biz. “Not only are the GTA film rights not for sale, but Mike Deluca no longer works for Dreamworks.”
